Nothing But a Cliche Quote
Better 10 innocent men are imprisoned, then one guilty one be set free.
We can't prove any person has no choice or memory of the committing of a crime.
Interestingly, the United States uses the principle which is the exact opposite: better ten guilty men on the street, than one innocent person in jail. That's not an opinion, just how the judicial system was set up.
